There are two methods.

Method 1
Please run following command from remote machine(Please don't run command in the same network of VPN-X server ):

telnet <your vpn-x server public/internet ip> 25000

you can find the public ip from VPN-X server status panel or visit this page http://checkip.dyndns.com from VPN-X server machine.

for example:
telnet 74.125.127.100 25000

If you got some response from vpn server side, then you can access your VPN-X from anywhere, in other words, your VPN-X server is on Internet.

Method 2
Using VPN-X client to check the network status.
Input public ip of VPN-X and port and corresponding protocol, and random user name and password.
You can find the public ip from VPN-X server status panel or visit this page http://checkip.dyndns.com from VPN-X server machine.
By default:
port 25000 ,the protocol can be UDP or TCP
port 25443 ,the protocol should be TCP(TLS/SSL)

After fill all of these, please click login. If you got password or user name error dialog, congratulations, your VPN-X server is on Internet/public. You can use correct user name and password to login. If you got timeout error dialog, the VPN-X server is not on internet/public.

FAQ:
Question: I have input correct user name and password , I am sure, but VPN-X client always show me password error dialog, why?
Answer: Please check your access control rule on VPN-X server, did you forbid your account to access you VPN-X server? By default VPN-X server use blacklist mode, you can just let it access rule empty. If you want to use whitelist mode, please add your account to the list.
